Scope
This standard specifies the grades and names, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, storage, transportation and storage of horizontal-axis double-fed variable-speed constant-frequency wind turbines (hereinafter referred to as "units"). This standard applies to wind turbines. Doubly-fed variable-speed constant-frequency wind turbines with wheel sweep area greater than 200 m.
