Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, storage, transportation and storage of double-fed variable-speed constant-frequency wind turbines. This standard applies to doubly-fed variable-speed constant-frequency wind turbines with a swept area of the wind rotor greater than or equal to 40m².
