Scope

This guiding technical document stipulates the certification rules and procedural requirements for wind turbine generator sets, and explains in detail the procedures and management principles for implementing the qualification assessment of wind turbine generator sets. The conformity assessment will certify the safety, reliability, performance, testing and compatibility with the power grid of wind turbines in accordance with relevant standards and relevant technical requirements. This guiding technical document is applicable to wind turbines of any type and specification.
