Scope
This document specifies the design principles, design requirements, process requirements, test methods, inspection rules, completion data and accompanying documents, signs, packaging, storage and transportation requirements for wind turbine towers. This document is applicable to the design, manufacture, construction and acceptance of horizontal axis wind turbine towers.
