This standard specifies the method for the determination of impurities in milk and dairy products. This standard is applicable to the determination of the impurity of pasteurized milk, sterilized milk, raw milk, condensed milk and milk powder, but not applicable to non-dairy protein, starch components, insoluble colored substances and additives that affect filtration.
