Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, technical quality requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, storage and transportation requirements of olive oil and olive pomace oil. This standard is applicable to all kinds of commercial olive oil and olive pomace oil.
