GB/T 5535.1-2008 Animal and vegetable fats and oils.Determination of unsaponifiable matter.Part 1:Method using diethyl ether extraction (English Version)
This part of GB/T 5535 specifies the method for determining the content of unsaponifiable matter in animal and vegetable oils and fats by ether extraction. This section applies to the determination of unsaponifiable content of general animal and vegetable oils and fats. This section does not apply to wax. For some oils with high unsaponifiable content, such as marine tallow, only approximate results can be obtained. When the climatic conditions or regulations do not allow the use of ether, the method of GB/T 5535.2 can be used.
