This standard stipulates the discharge limits, monitoring and monitoring requirements of ammonia industrial enterprises or production facilities, as well as the implementation and supervision of standards and other related regulations. This standard applies to the management of water pollutant discharge of existing synthetic ammonia industrial enterprises or production facilities. This standard is applicable to the environmental impact assessment, environmental protection facility design, completion environmental protection acceptance and water pollutant discharge management of construction projects of synthetic ammonia industrial enterprises. This standard does not apply to the management of discharge of water pollutants from the production of nitric acid, compound fertilizer and soda ash by combined alkali method. This standard applies to the discharge of water pollutants permitted by law. The site selection of newly established pollution sources and the management of existing pollution sources in special protection areas shall be in accordance with relevant laws such as the "Water Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China", "Marine Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China", and "Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China". Regulations are enforced. The water pollutant discharge control requirements stipulated in this standard are applicable to the behavior of enterprises that directly or indirectly discharge water pollutants outside their legal boundaries.
