Scope: This standard specifies the method for the determination of sucrose content in food. This standard applies to the determination of sucrose content in food. "First method" high performance liquid chromatography, when the sample weight is 10g, the detection limit is 2.0mg/100g. "The second method" acid hydrolysis method, when the sample weight is 5g, the detection limit of the direct titration method is 0.24g/100g.
