This standard specifies the sample preparation and gas chromatographic detection methods for the inspection of 9 organophosphorus pesticide residues in imported and exported ham and dried salted fish (fish). This standard is applicable to dichlorvos, methamidophos, acephate, methyl parathion, malathion, parathion, quinthion, metaphos, triazoles in ham and cured dried fish (fish). For the detection of phosphorus pesticide residues, other foods can be implemented as a reference.
