Scope
This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of 440 pesticides and related chemicals (see Appendix A) residues in mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, black fungus and shiitake mushrooms. This standard applies to the qualitative identification of 440 kinds of pesticides and related chemicals and the quantitative determination of 364 kinds of pesticides and related chemicals in mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, black fungus and shiitake mushrooms. Other edible fungi can be implemented as a reference. 2
