Scope
This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and marking of industrial thermocouples. This standard is applicable to detachable industrial thermocouples mainly used in oxidizing atmospheres whose graduations and tolerances comply with GB/T 16839.1 and GB/T 16839.2. For other types of industrial thermocouples, all or part of the provisions of this standard can be used by reference.
