Scope

This standard stipulates the water pollutant discharge limits, monitoring and monitoring requirements of automobile maintenance enterprises, as well as the implementation and supervision of standards and other related regulations. This standard is applicable to the water pollutant discharge management of the existing Class I and Class II automobile maintenance enterprises. This standard is applicable to the environmental impact assessment, design of environmental protection facilities, environmental protection acceptance of completed construction and water pollutant discharge management after construction of Class I and Class II automobile maintenance enterprises. This standard applies to the discharge of pollutants permitted by law. The site selection of newly established pollution sources and the management of existing pollution sources in special protection areas shall be in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Water Pollution, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Marine Environmental Protection, and the The Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Environmental Impact Assessment, and other laws, regulations, and rules shall be implemented. The water pollutant discharge control requirements stipulated in this standard are applicable to the behavior of enterprises that directly or indirectly discharge water pollutants outside their legal boundaries.
