Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification and codes, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of canned pork ribs. This standard is applicable to canned pork ribs food made from fresh or frozen pork ribs through pretreatment, frying, seasoning, canning, sealing, sterilization and cooling.
