Scope
This part of GB/T 17215 specifies the classification, technical requirements, accuracy levels and test methods of static harmonic active energy meters (hereinafter referred to as meters). This section is only applicable to the measurement and recording of the fundamental active energy, the sum of the forward active energy and the sum of the reverse active energy of the specified ()2nd~(nth) harmonics in the 50 Hz or 60 Hz power supply network newly manufactured instruments, and are only applicable to their type tests. This standard applies only to instruments installed indoors or outdoors, with measuring elements and displays housed in the same case. If the instrument has other functional units, such as: full-wave electric energy, maximum demand, multi-rate, etc. enclosed in the same case, the corresponding standards apply to these functional units. This section does not apply to: a) instruments whose wiring jumper voltage exceeds 600 V (line-to-line voltage for polyphase instruments); b) portable instruments; c) standard instruments. This section does not involve the (measurement) content of interharmonic waves.
