This part of GB/T 17215 is only applicable to newly manufactured static active energy meters (hereinafter referred to as meters) with accuracy classes 1 and 2 for measuring AC active energy in 50Hz or 60Hz networks, and is only applicable to its type test. This standard is only applicable to static energy meters of the mutual inductance amplifier connected type, which are used indoors and outdoors, and consist of a measuring element and one or more counters mounted in the same case. It also applies to one or more working indicators and one or more test outputs. If the meter has a measuring element for measuring more than one type of energy (multi-energy meter), or when other functional units, such as maximum demand indicators, electronic tariff registers, time switches, ripple control receivers, data communication interfaces The corresponding standards also apply to these functional units. This part does not apply to: a) Functional electric energy meters whose terminal crossover voltage exceeds 600V (line-to-line voltage for multi-phase instruments); b) Portable meters; c) Data interfaces of meter counters; d) standard table.
