Scope
This part specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, service conditions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging and storage of standard electric energy meters. This section applies to reference frequency 50Hz (or 60Hz), used in the laboratory for testing and calibration of active and (or) standard energy meter reactive energy meter.
