Scope
This standard specifies the counting method of Staphylococcus aureus in food. This standard applies to the count of Staphylococcus aureus in food and food poisoning samples. Among them, the first method is applicable to foods with high Staphylococcus aureus content; the second method is applicable to foods with low Staphylococcus aureus content and high miscellaneous bacteria content; the third method is applicable to meat and its products, dairy products, etc. .
