Scope

This part specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and contract (or order form) content of electrophoretic painted aluminum alloy building profiles. This part is applicable to the hot-extruded aluminum alloy profiles for construction (hereinafter referred to as profiles) whose surface is compounded with anodic oxidation and electrophoretic paint (water-soluble varnish or color paint). Other aluminum alloy processing materials with the same purpose and surface treatment can also be used as a reference.
