Scope
This part of GB/T12967 specifies the spray grinding method, falling sand method, paper pulley grinding method, rubber wheel grinding method, rubber friction method and friction coefficient determination method. The spray grinding method is suitable for measuring the wear resistance of anodized films and organic polymer films with a film thickness of not less than 5 μm, and is suitable for smaller samples and samples with uneven surfaces. The falling sand method is suitable for measuring the wear resistance of anodic oxidation films and organic polymer films, and is suitable for smaller samples and samples with uneven surfaces. The paper belt wheel grinding method is suitable for measuring the wear resistance of anodized films and organic polymer films with a thickness of not less than 5 μm. It can determine the overall wear resistance of the film layer and the wear resistance changes along the thickness of the film layer. It is not suitable for surfaces. Rugged specimens. The rubber wheel grinding method is suitable for measuring the wear resistance of anodic oxidation films and organic polymer films.
