Scope
This standard specifies the sample preparation and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the detection of amantadine residues in animal foods. This standard applies to the detection of amantadine residues in edible tissues (muscle, liver and kidney) of pigs, chickens and ducks and poultry eggs.
