Scope: This part of GB/T 14048 specifies: a) Characteristics of electrical appliances. b) Applicable conditions for the following aspects: 1) operation and performance; 2) dielectric properties; this appendix is applicable to the auxiliary contacts mechanically connected to the power contacts of the contactor, in order to avoid any conflict with GB/T14048.5-2017 Appendix L It is confused with the mechanically connected contact elements in it, so it is called a mirror image contact. However, a given auxiliary contact shall comply with both the requirements for mirrored contacts in this appendix and the requirements for mechanically connected contacts in Appendix L of GB/T 14048.5-2017. Note 1: The typical application of the mirror contact is that in the motor control circuit, the mirror contact can reliably monitor the state of the contactor. However, the mirror contact should not be relied upon too much as a measure to ensure the integrity of the safety function. Note 2: Mirrored contacts were previously known as positive safety contacts, positive contacts, connection contacts or positive drive contacts. Note 3: The meaning of "mechanical connection" also applies to additional contact modules that can be installed by the user. F.1.2 Purpose
