GB/T 16857.5-2017 Geometrical product specifications(GPS)—Acceptance and reverification tests for coordinate measuring machines (CMM)—Part 5:CMMs using single or multiple stylus contacting probing systems (English Version)
This part of GB/T 16857 specifies the methods for acceptance testing and re-inspection testing of the characteristics of a coordinate measuring machine with a tactile probing system, and is only applicable when the coordinate measuring machine has the following configurations - any type of tactile probing system; --- mode of discrete point detection; --- the probe needle is spherical or hemispherical. This part of GB/T 16857 applies to coordinate measuring machines with any of the following configurations, a) "single-probe probing system b) "multi-probe probing system, that is, multiple probes are fixedly connected under one probe (such as Star probe) @) multi-probe detection system, if multiple probes are configured, each probe is equipped with a probe d) universal detection system; e) probe and probe exchange system; although, manual (Driveless) Coordinate Measuring Machine. This section does not apply to non-ship-mounted detection systems, which require a different detection step. For the convenience of users, "dimensional error of the multi-probe probing system of a coordinate measuring machine" is simply referred to as "multi-probe dimensional error". If it is possible to separate the characteristics of the probing system from the characteristics of the coordinate measuring machine, then the The impact can be ignored.See Appendix C for details.
