Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and safety requirements for producing naphtha by direct coal liquefaction. This standard applies to naphtha produced from coal through the direct liquefaction process. Naphtha directly liquefied from coal can be used as raw material for catalytic reforming, raw material for solvent oil production and gasoline blending component.
