Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, models and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of beef tenderness optical non-destructive testing devices. This standard applies to beef tenderness optical non-destructive testing devices (hereinafter referred to as testing devices) for testing the tenderness of beef (non-frozen state) based on optical non-destructive testing technology.
