This standard specifies the general requirements, safety requirements and test methods for food machinery. This standard applies to special machinery and equipment for food processing. This standard also applies to general food processing machines and equipment that have an impact on food hygiene. This standard does not apply to general food processing machinery and equipment that has no impact on food hygiene.
