Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of emulsifiers. This standard applies to emulsifiers that shear, disperse, and continuously refine meat particles (including additives) into minced meat in meat processing.
