Scope: This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of monohydroxy polyether polyols. This standard applies to monohydroxy polyether polyols prepared by ring-opening polymerization of n-butanol, allyl alcohol and other monohydric alcohols with propylene oxide and ethylene oxide under the action of a catalyst.
