The test methods specified in this part of GB/T 12008 are used to determine the acidic components in polyether polyols, and the results are expressed in acid value. The typical acid value (based on the amount of KOH consumed) ranges from 0 to 0.1 mg/g. This section does not address any security issues associated with use. It is the user's responsibility to establish appropriate safety and health practices and determine the applicability of regulatory limitations prior to use.
