Scope

This part of GB/T 12008 specifies the method for determining the degree of unsaturation of polyether polyols. This section applies to the determination of polyether polyol unsaturation. It can be used for quality control and scientific research, but it is not suitable for compounds where the unsaturated part of the molecule is connected to a carbonyl, carboxyl or nitrile group. This section does not address any security issues associated with use. It is the user's responsibility to establish appropriate safety and health practices and determine the applicability of regulatory limitations prior to use.
