This standard specifies the requirements, inspection rules, marking and labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of green food and dairy products. This standard applies to green food dairy products, including liquid milk, fermented milk, condensed milk, milk powder, cheese, processed cheese and cream; it does not apply to whey products, infant formula and margarine.
