Scope

This standard stipulates the discharge limits, monitoring and monitoring requirements of degumming water pollutants for hemp spinning enterprises and enterprises with hemp spinning facilities, as well as the implementation and supervision of standards and other related regulations. This standard is applicable to the water pollutant discharge management of existing hemp spinning enterprises and enterprises with hemp spinning facilities (including flax warm water retting enterprises or sites). This standard is applicable to the environmental impact assessment of construction projects of hemp textile enterprises, the design of environmental protection facilities, the completion of environmental protection acceptance and the management of water pollution discharge after they are put into production. This standard applies to the discharge of water pollutants permitted by law. The site selection of newly established pollution sources and the management of existing pollution sources in special protection areas shall be in accordance with laws such as the Water Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China, the Marine Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China. Implementation of relevant provisions of laws and regulations. This standard does not apply to the discharge control of dyeing and finishing wastewater in hemp spinning enterprises. The water pollutant discharge control requirements stipulated in this standard are applicable to the behavior of enterprises that directly or indirectly discharge water pollutants outside their legal boundaries.
