- Scope
- This standard stipulates the discharge limits, monitoring and control requirements of textile dyeing and finishing industrial enterprises or production facilities, as well as the implementation and supervision of standards. This standard applies to the management of water pollutant discharge of existing textile dyeing and finishing industrial enterprises or production facilities. This standard applies to the environmental impact assessment of construction projects of textile dyeing and finishing enterprises, the design of environmental protection facilities, the completion of environmental protection acceptance and the management of water pollutant discharge after they are put into operation. This standard applies to the discharge of pollutants permitted by law. The site selection of newly established pollution sources and the management of existing pollution sources in special protection areas shall be in accordance with laws such as the Water Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China, the Marine Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China. Implementation of relevant provisions of laws and regulations. This standard does not apply to the discharge management of water pollutants in the production process of wool scouring, hemp degumming, cocoon cooking and chemical fiber raw materials. The water pollutant discharge control requirements stipulated in this standard are applicable to the behavior of enterprises that directly or indirectly discharge water pollutants outside their legal boundaries.
