Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, quality indicators and test methods for chemical cleaning of boilers in thermal power plants. This standard is applicable to the chemical cleaning of scale and corrosion products on the metal surfaces of thermal equipment made of iron and its alloys; as well as the chemical cleaning of boilers of thermal power units and steam power equipment with boiler outlet pressure not less than 3.8MPa.
