Scope

This standard stipulates the water vapor quality of thermal power generation units and steam power equipment during normal operation and startup of shutdown (standby) units. This standard applies to thermal power generating units and steam power equipment with the main steam pressure of the boiler not lower than 3.8 MPa (gauge pressure).
