Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of crude oil storage enterprise service technology, legal conditions, service functions, service objects and scope, service content, service technical requirements and relevant requirements for warehousing operation services. This standard applies to all enterprises engaged in crude oil storage operations within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
