Among them, Articles 4.1.9, 4.2.12, 5.3.4, 5.6.1, 6.2.6 (1, 2, 3, 4), 6.3.2 (1, 2, 4), 6.4.1 (2, 3 ), 6.4.2(6), 8.3.8, 8.7.2(1, 2) are mandatory provisions and must be strictly implemented. The original provisions revised this time are abolished at the same time.
