- Scope
- This standard is applicable to the determination of the total sulfur content of crude oil, and the determination range of sulfur content mass fraction is 0.0150%~5.00%. This standard is applicable to crude oil samples with a water content of not more than 0.5%. If the water content of a crude oil sample exceeds 0.5%, dehydration can be carried out without destroying the integrity of the sample. The water content of crude oil is tested according to GB/T 8929-2006.
