This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and grouping, basic parameters, structural types and models, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of explosion-proof beam cranes with explosion-proof hoist as the lifting mechanism. This standard is applicable to explosion-proof beam cranes (hereinafter referred to as explosion-proof cranes) working in zones 1 and 2 of explosive gas environments and/or zones 21 and 22 of combustible dust environments, including explosion-proof electric single-girder cranes and explosion-proof electric suspensions. Cranes and explosion-proof electric hoist overhead cranes.
