- Scope
- This standard stipulates the discharge limits, monitoring and monitoring requirements of magnesium and titanium industrial enterprises for water pollutants and air pollutants, as well as the implementation and supervision of standards and other related regulations. This standard is applicable to the discharge management of water pollutants and air pollutants of magnesium and titanium industrial enterprises, as well as the environmental impact assessment of construction projects of magnesium and titanium industrial enterprises, the design of environmental protection facilities, the completion of environmental protection acceptance and the water pollutants after they are put into operation. and management of air pollutant emissions. This standard does not apply to industries such as magnesium and titanium regeneration and rolling processing, nor does it apply to non-characteristic production processes and devices affiliated to magnesium and titanium enterprises. This standard applies to the discharge of water pollutants permitted by law.
