Scope
This standard stipulates the discharge limits, monitoring and monitoring requirements of magnesium and titanium industrial enterprises for water pollutants and air pollutants, as well as the implementation and supervision of standards and other related regulations. This standard is applicable to the discharge management of water pollutants and air pollutants of magnesium and titanium industrial enterprises, as well as the environmental impact assessment of construction projects of magnesium and titanium industrial enterprises, the design of environmental protection facilities, the completion of environmental protection acceptance and the water pollutants after they are put into operation. and management of air pollutant emissions. This standard does not apply to industries such as magnesium and titanium regeneration and rolling processing, nor does it apply to non-characteristic production processes and devices affiliated to magnesium and titanium enterprises. This standard applies to the discharge of water pollutants permitted by law. The site selection of newly established pollution sources and the management of existing pollution sources in special protection areas shall be in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Water Pollution, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Marine Environmental Protection, and the The Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Environmental Impact Assessment, and other laws, regulations, and rules shall be implemented. The water pollutant discharge control requirements stipulated in this standard are applicable to the behavior of enterprises that directly or indirectly discharge water pollutants outside their legal boundaries.
