Scope

This specification stipulates the requirements, quality assurance and delivery preparation of submarine piston accumulators (hereinafter referred to as accumulators). This specification applies to the design, manufacture and acceptance of accumulators for submarine hydraulic systems with rated pressures of 10MPa and 20MPa and operating temperatures of 0°C to 60°C.
