Scope

This standard specifies the chemical composition of processed copper and copper alloys, and lists the commonly used product shapes. This standard applies to copper and copper alloy processed products (plates, strips, foils, tubes, rods, shapes, wires and forgings) produced by pressure processing and the ingots and blanks used therein.
