Scope
This part of GB/T 20042 specifies the basic requirements for the safety and performance of proton exchange membrane fuel cell stacks (including direct alcohol fuel cell stacks), type inspection, routine inspection items, test methods, marking and explanatory documents, etc. Require. This section applies to proton exchange membrane fuel cell stacks (including direct alcohol fuel cell stacks) (hereinafter referred to as "fuel cell stacks"). This part only deals with situations that will cause harm to the human body and the external environment of the fuel cell, and does not make provisions on the protection of the internal damage of the fuel cell stack, as long as it does not affect the safety outside the fuel cell stack. This section does not include fuel and oxidant storage devices and fuel and oxidant delivery process and delivery devices. If there is a better material or a new structure, and it can pass the inspection specified in this part and meet the relevant requirements, it can also be considered as complying with this part.
