Scope

This standard specifies the methods for the determination of aflatoxin B₁ in various foods such as grains, peanuts and their products, potatoes, beans, fermented foods and alcohol. This standard is applicable to the determination of aflatoxin B₁ in various foods such as grains, peanuts and their products, potatoes, beans, fermented foods and alcohol. In the first method, the minimum detection limit of aflatoxin B ₁ on the TLC plate was 0.0004 μg, and the detection limit was 5 μg/kg. The detection limit of the second method for aflatoxin B₁ was 0.01μg/kg.
