- This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of precious metal pastes for microelectronics technology. This standard applies to sintered and cured precious metal pastes for microelectronics technology. Non-precious metal paste can also refer to the implementation.
