Scope: This document specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, accompanying documents and order form of precious metal pastes for microelectronics technology. This document applies to sintered and cured precious metal pastes for microelectronics technology (hereinafter referred to as "slurries"). Non-precious metal paste can also refer to the implementation.
