Scope

This document specifies the electric shock protection category, safety, signs, warnings and technical requirements for electric bicycle chargers, and describes the corresponding test methods. This document applies to chargers for electric bicycles that comply with the provisions of GB17761. This document does not apply to charging facilities such as on-board chargers, charging/swapping cabinets, charging piles, and fast charging stations for electric bicycles.
