This part of GB/T 31301 specifies the relevant safety requirements for the design, installation, transportation, adjustment and operation of the setting machine. This section includes all major hazards, hazardous states and hazardous events related to the shaping machine within the scope of this section resulting from the operator's expected use and foreseeable misuse of the shaping machine (see Appendix A). This section applies to setting machines that use a mixture of hot and cold and pressure to shape the upper and ribs during the setting process of shoemaking (see Appendix B for a schematic diagram of the machine). This section does not apply to machines for pressure forming soles.
