Scope
This part is the second part of GB/T 25078-2010, aiming at the principles and examples of low-noise machinery and equipment design given in the first part for the background knowledge of physics, and providing help for the application of a wide range of professional literature. This section is intended for designers, users or purchasers of machinery and equipment, as well as legislative, regulatory and inspectorate departments in related fields. The formulas given in this section help to improve the general understanding of noise control and, in many cases, can be used to compare different design options, but cannot give absolute predictions of noise emission values.
