Scope

This standard specifies the dangerous and harmful factors, basic safety requirements and requirements for environmental conditions, system components, operation and maintenance personnel and emergency treatment of the pressure-type water electrolysis hydrogen production system (hereinafter referred to as the gas production system). This standard applies to alkaline water electrolysis systems and proton exchange membrane water electrolysis systems with a working pressure greater than or equal to 0.3 MPa and less than or equal to 5.0 MPa. Note: In this standard, pressure refers to gauge pressure.
